Proverbs is a drive thru and dine-in coffee shop offering coffee specialty drinks, smoothies, fine bakery goods, and healthy lunch fare. Our focus is to stay true to authentic Italian espresso drinks while meeting the desires of American espresso drinkers. Our BAKERY products will capture superior culinary characteristics. Our lunch fare will focus on simple, quality recipes with health in mind. We will feature vegetarian offerings daily.
Who we are?
Our family is excited to open our first shop in Erlanger. This is a family venture; Alan and Colleen Berger, their four children and spouses-Shannon & Allan Walcott, Trisha & Russell Kissel, Scott & Summer Berger, David Berger- along with their nephew & his wife-Greg & Jessica Given. Why Proverbs?
Proverbs, whether biblical or cultural, hold such inspiration. While developing this business plan biblical proverbs such as the one found in Proverbs 15:22 gave us guidance. "Plans fail for lack of counsel, but with many advisors they succeed". On a personal level, proverbs such as the Chinese proverb "Once a word is spoken, four horses cannot drag it back;" causes one to pause and consider wise action. In this fast paced, high tech and low touch world we live in, pause, reflection and contemplation make us better people.
